Weekly Update: June 21, 2019

Good afternoon,  

Hope you’ve had a great week so far! The Operational Excellence team continues to focus on the three Wave 1 initiatives. More specifically: 

  • The Travel & Expense Team continued developing resources for the new travel site. They also discussed a plan for an initial pilot rollout to begin in July.  
  • The HR Team wrapped up their work on the standard HR principle functions and finalized the roll-out plan to distribute them to campus. On the student employment work, the team continues to develop a new student employment website.  
  • The Research Team continued building the playbook for federal award setup and designing communications for the award setup process. They also continued developing the pilot design to start in July.
  • The Hiring and Procurement Early Impact Work will begin rolling out to the final cohort (Cohort 3) in July.
