Hope everyone has had a great July so far! We set a July 8th internal deadline to launch pilots and start user testing. Thanks to the hard work of our design teams we’ve been able to meet this goal. More specifically:
- The Travel & Expense Team launched its pilot to collect feedback on the new Travel & Expense website resources. A big thank you to our pilot units – the Kenan-Flagler Business School, Undergraduate Admissions, and the Department of City and Regional Planning.
- The HR Team conducted a user-test of the new student employment website with a group of students to gather feedback on the websites organization and content. Additionally, the team continued to work on building out the structure and developing content to aid supervisors in navigating the student employment process.
- The Research Team commenced the federal playbook pilot with 11 participating departments/units. The team also continues to develop the second and third playbooks focused on nonprofit and industry awards setup.
The Hiring and Procurement Early Impact Work was rolled out to the third and final cohort this week. Training sessions for hiring personnel were delivered this week and in-unit training sessions for procurement staff will begin next week. War room training for both hiring and procurement will begin next week as well.
