Good afternoon, 

At the conclusion of every project, Operational Excellence team members reevaluate and assess our existing services and practices to ensure we’re continuously reaching towards our mission of creating a high-functioning administrative operation that supports the University’s key mission of teaching, learning and research. This week I’m excited to share one small part of that process from our recent Future of Work Initiative.  

The following graphic details high-level findings from our recent Future of Work design team exit survey which aimed to collect feedback surrounding one of our more atypical projects. Provided to participants at the conclusion of each design team, the exit survey provides OE team members with an opportunity to quickly capture the perspective of those involved as well as the strengths and weaknesses of various project elements. This information is critical as we aim to continuously improve and grow.
