Objectives:

Collect current space allocation, classroom utilization, and occupancy data to establish baseline and conduct a space use analysis
- Space use analysis
- Create a governance structure, establishing guiding principles, and developing processes and procedures to inform decisions on space requests
- Determine what metrics need to be collected and at what frequency
- Create a process to routinely collect and verify space allocation and occupancy data
