Objective:
- Streamline the setup process for federal, industry and non-profit sponsored projects.
Approach: The Research Design Team developed an engagement model to add structure to conversations between central research offices and school/unit research administrators (RAs) and playbooks to guide RAs through the pre-award and award setup process.
Project Dates: March 2019-January 2021
Project Status: In April 2020, the Office of Sponsored Research began rolling out the playbook (federal and non-profit) and engagement model across campus, with the industry playbook forthcoming. More details can be found on the Office of Sponsored Research website.
