Objectives:
- Document and map out the faculty hiring process workflows from position creation to offer acceptance. This includes:
- Defining governance and expectations for campus partners and OHR.
- Defining timeline expectations for each step in the recruiting process.
- Documenting best practices to support the recruitment and hiring process within the different academic units.
- Identifying opportunities to improve overall transparency throughout the process.
- Identify opportunities to streamline pre-posting activities.
- Clarify justification expectations surrounding the approvals of salaries and assess the need for process changes.
