Georgia McRae, Transformation Manager

Georgia McRae works on solving ambiguous problems by leveraging cross-functional collaboration to plan, execute, and scale solutions. Prior to joining the Operational Excellence team, Georgia was the National Operations Manager for one of the largest Orangetheory franchisee groups in the country. Georgia managed new development and oversaw the facilities, IT, and call center departments. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a Math & Technology concentration from UNC-Wilmington. Georgia is a certified change practitioner through Prosci.
