Liz Billings, Continuous Improvement Consultant

Liz Billings serves as the lead trainer for curriculum development and program execution. She has over 15 years of experience in higher education administration and process and project management. Currently, Liz is Founder and President of Full Court Support, L.L.C., a strategic consulting company that focuses on working with innovative, highly engaged, process-driven clients to improve operational efficiencies through transformative change within their industry.  

Prior to joining the Operational Excellence team, Liz held positions at UNC’s Eshelman School of Pharmacy within the Eshelman Institute for Innovation, Office of Strategic Planning & Assessment, and Office of the Dean. She also held operations and marketing positions at the University of Delaware within the Athletics Department. Liz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from American University in Washington, DC and a Master of Education from The University of Delaware.
