This week the Early Impact, Travel & Expense, HR and Research Teams continue to make progress on the items we reported last week. While these projects all focus on different aspects of operations, they were all developed using the same structured, collaborative and transparent process that is the foundation of Operational Excellence.
An important part of this process for all workstreams is feedback and data collection. This is done in multiple ways including listening tours, dashboards, design teams, user testing, pilot/cohort group rollouts, emails, and surveys. Even after solutions have been designed, we continue to solicit and incorporate feedback from users across campus to refine our tools to best serve faculty, staff and students.
We are in the process of designing baseline surveys for the HR, Research and Travel workstreams. If you receive one of these emails, we thank you in advance for your input and for being a part of our process!
