The first Operational Excellence annual report explores the timeline of the program from its launch in September 2018 to its current state, including updates on the current state of Early Impact initiatives and work of the Travel & Expense, HR and Research Design Teams. The report also introduces the new Operational Excellence Service Model, which frames the four services offered by OE to University schools and units.
