From Problem to Project Workshop | Operational Excellence

The OE From Problem to Project workshop builds upon the concepts we introduced in the Lean Foundations training. The From Problem to Project workshop centers on the A3 problem-solving model, an approach that turns a problem into a practical project. The workshop guides participants through the complete model with a deep focus on the first steps of the framework. For the workshop to be most effective, we ask participants to submit a problem beforehand to work through during the training.

The workshop utilizes some of OE’s interactive facilitation techniques and provides essential resources for participants to frame problems and create constructive solutions. After completing this workshop, we hope that participants will be prepared to implement the tools and techniques in daily work.
