Earlier this month, Operational Excellence was invited to present at the SACUBO (Southern Association of College and University Business Officers) Annual Meeting in San Antonio, Texas. Rick Wernoski, Suzie Baker, and Candace Reynolds used the Future of Work project as a case study to share how OE approaches projects in collaboration with campus partners.
It was wonderful to share our approach to projects as well as the OE toolbox with peers who are seeking to solve some of the same challenges we face here at Carolina. The presentation was attended by more than 100 people and yielded many positive comments, questions, and new connections. Candace Reynolds will be presenting on this topic again at the 2022 Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI) Annual Conference in August.
