Katelyn Boyd, HOLD Capstone Student Assistant

Katelyn Boyd joined the Operational Excellence team for the Spring 2024 semester as a capstone student assistant. She is an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill pursuing a Bachelor of Science in the dual fields of Psychology and Human and Organizational Leadership Development (HOLD). Katey is passionate about organizational psychology. Post-graduation, she is particularly interested in helping companies align employee and organizational needs to create a more collaborative and efficient working environment.

Prior to joining the team, Katey served as a change development intern for Family Connects International; a non-profit dedicated to connecting new parents to local resources. In this position, she analyzed employee satisfaction and organizational connectedness to identify potential areas of improvement. Katey is excited to grow in her knowledge and experience of transformational change with the Operational Excellence team at UNC-CH.
