Objectives: 

• Create a Utilization Dashboard: Design a dashboard that allows an understanding of building utilization by pairing employee percent off-site with building occupancy data.

• Create a Space Governance Structure: Establish guiding principles and develop processes and procedures to inform decisions on administrative space requests – including but not limited to assignments, reconfigurations, and improvements.

• Create a Request Process: Create a formal request process for administrative space.
