Operational Excellence’s work with the UNC Adams School of Dentistry began in February 2021. Transformation Manager Candace Reynolds worked closely with school leadership and led design team, facilitation, and advisory engagements aimed at improving operations within the school and clinic
Design Team: Student Clinic Patient Scheduling
Objective: Improve patient scheduling at the student dental clinic through a design team approach.
Status: The 8-week design team kicked off on March 23, 2021. Candace Reynolds led weekly meetings with the design team until mid-May.
