Operational Excellence’s work with the UNC Adams School of Dentistry began in February 2021. Transformation Manager Candace Reynolds is working closely with school leadership and leading design team, facilitation, and advisory engagements aimed at improving operations within the school and clinic
Design Team: Student Clinic Patient Scheduling
Objective: Improve patient scheduling at the student dental clinic through a design team approach.
Status: The 8-week project kicked off on March 23, 2021 with the first meeting of the design team. Candace Reynolds will lead weekly meetings with the design team until mid-May.
